Tavadora Apartments have been in the Tavares community since 1959. We have newly remodeled Efficiencies (Studio), 1BR, and 2BR apartments. Efficiencies are terrific for 1-2 people, 1BR are great for up to 3 people, and 2BR apartments are good for up to 4 people. Water, sewer, trash, and parking are included in all units. Our Efficiencies additionally include electricity, basic cable, and WiFi, giving you the convenience of having only one bill. Tavadora is located at 1403 East Alfred St, Tavares, Florida, and is within walking distance of all the food, sport, and fun downtown Tavares has to offer!

Leasing

There is no leasing office on-site. All applications and leases are online. Please check out our House Rules before filling out an application.

We require 2.5x income (for example, a $1100 apartment requires a minimum income of $2750 per month). Leases are for one year. Sorry, we do not accept applicants with prior evictions.

LEASING PROCESS

Our leasing process is fully online and easy to follow.

Step 1

Once an apartment is available, we will contact you to schedule a viewing.

Step 2

If you like the apartment, each occupant over 18 must fill out a no-fee application, and pass a background/credit check conducted by TransUnion (appx $30 fee per applicant).

Step 3

Once approved, we will send an electronic lease (eLease) and set you up in our property management software.

To receive keys to the apartment, pay the deposit, first month's rent, and obtain renter's insurance as instructed in the lease. A $250 deposit is required to hold the apartment if there is a delay in move-in.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid via our online portal or app.
